A seasonal tasting menu of bite-sized courses, shaped by fermentation, regional ingredients and layered flavours. From Dalle-chilli crab to Himalayan morels and mountain-pepper shrimp grilled over a konro, the menu concludes with Gondhoraj lemon sorbet and petit three.

Please note: We are happy to accommodate parties of up to 6 guests at one table by special request. As larger-table seating is limited, we kindly ask parties of more than 4 guests to contact us in advance if they would like to be seated together.
Due to the nature of our menu and kitchen operations, we’re unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or modifications.
