1 box of fresh strawberries.
For The Dressing
4tbsp Olive oil
3tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2tsp Dark soy
1. In a large bowl, toss together fresh organic Arugula, roughly chopped walnuts and strawberries
2. Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and soy until the mixtures is emulsified.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine and finally throw in the chopped Brie.
